The name of the corporation is ProAct Sports Intervention Inc. (PROACTS)

Section 2. Business Conduct Names

PROACTS may conduct business under the following names:

  2. PROACT Sports
  3. PROACTS
  4. West Virginia Baseball Club (WVBC)
  5. West Virginia Softball Club (WVSBC)
  6. West Virginia Soccer Club (WVSC)
  7. West Virginia Volleyball Club (WVVC)
  8. Hounds Baseball
  9. Huntington Hounds Baseball

Section 3. Definitions

Within these bylaws, the words enterprise, corporation, organization, PROACTS,  will refer to ProAct Sports Intervention Inc.
