ARTICLE III. CORPORATION MEMBERSHIP
Section 1. Governing Membership
ProActs Sports Intervention shall have no members to manage & govern the operations of the corporation. The management of the affairs of the corporation shall be vested in a board of directors, as defined in the corporation’s bylaws.
